 Q: Do I have to restrict my calories?
A: No Way! The meal plan I give has a great amount of food. We're re-training your metabolism with the RIGHT kind of food, not with starvation.
 
Q: How hard are the workouts? I haven't worked out in a really long time, I'm afraid it'll be too hard.
A: This is a great question. The workouts are simple and actually grow as you grow. You do what you can do, set that as your baseline, and improve each week. You'll be amazed at how much you'll improve each week!
 
Q: How long do the workouts take?
A: Each workout is only 30 minutes or less, and just challenging enough to get you sweating! You’ll watch your strength increase and excess fat melt off your body as you build your foundation in Month 1, then you’ll up the intensity and begin a brand new workout sequence that will take your results to the next level in Month 2.
 
Q: Is the meal plan easy to follow?
A: YES! I've made it as simple as it gets so that you aren't bogged down with tracking, counting calories and complicated measuring like frutstrating diets. In my plan, I show you how to build your plate for fat loss, show you the foods you should choose, allow you cheats and treats and even wine! It's so simple, it will show you that you can really eat this way forever!
 
Q: How long do I stay in the program, and can I cancel anytime?

A: Not at all. Like everything, you will get out of it what you put into it and you’ll have to do the work to see the results! But the workouts and meal plans are laid out in a very easy to follow manner.
 
Q: Will I bulk up?
A: It is VERY challenging to put on muscle mass in general. Even men, who have higher levels of testosterone, have to work hard to put on mass. So ladies, you are not going to get bulky just by adding strength to your workouts. As you add lean muscle, your body burns more calories at rest – so you’ll be burning more fat by adding muscle!!
 
Q: Is this guaranteed to work?
A: Absolutely. If you show up and do the work, follow the program and ask the questions you need to get the support you need, you will get results. The program will not do the work for you though….you’ll get out of it what you put into it. I have complete confidence in you.
 
Q: Can I do this if I have a job and kids?
A: Yes you can! With the formatting in this program, you will NOT need to workout every day. You’ll be efficiently and productively using the time you are working out to make serious progress so you can enjoy the rest of your life – and the attention you’ll be getting from the results!
 
Q: If I participate in class, do I have to be on camera?

A: No, only if you want to! You can participate in the live chat without being on camera. At the beginning of class, I always post an invitation for anyone who wants to be on the call. You can choose to join or not join.

 

Q: Do I have to be online at a certain time to be a part of the live classes?

A: Classes are scheduled at the same time every week, but if you can’t make it, a recording of the live class is always uploaded to your secure member’s forum along with detailed notes from the class so you are able to do the workouts yourself.
Members who watch the replay often comment that they feel like they were there because of the live environment energy!
